Chady and David work on Swiss cargo ships on Lake 　　Geneva. On the oscillating waters of the lake, the 　　young men, who are haunted by the memories of their 　　home countries, share secrets, their own memories 　　and those of their families, and their common feeling 　　of being uprooted. An extremely delicate film on 　　expatriation and identity.
